Jens Tommerup, who earlier this year resigned as chief executive of offshore wind OEM MHI Vestas, has been proposed to be elected to the board of Swedish floating offshore wind start-up SeaTwirl at an extraordinary shareholders meeting on September 11 in Gothenburg.
"We are very pleased that Jens wants to be in our board. His experiences will be well suited to our journey towards becoming a leader in floating offshore wind power,” SeaTwirls chairman Roger Cederberg said.
