Fishermen's to appeal BPU ruling but open to negotiations

Fishermen’s Energy plans to appeal the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities’ (BPU) latest ruling against its pilot offshore wind project, while saying it is open to a “negotiated resolution” with regulators.
