Fishermen's starts onshore work to qualify for federal ITC

Fishermen’s Energy has begun construction of the land-based segment of its proposed New Jersey offshore pilot wind project, hoping to qualify it for a key federal tax credit that state regulators say is required before they would consider ratepayer subsidy support.
