Germany developer RWE Renewables has received a permit from Poland’s director of environmental protection clearing the way for the 350MW FEW Baltic 2 offshore wind project.
The approval marks the first environmental impact assessment for a Polish offshore wind project that has been verified under a cross border procedure, with participation of Danish and Swedish stakeholders, the German utility said.
