The money comes a week after the Danish utility was granted planning permission for offices and a warehouse at Grimsby’s Royal Dock, from which it will support construction and then operations and maintenance of its nearby Westernmost Rough project – set to enter construction next year.
Dong believes its Grimsby base will supply 100 direct jobs over the next few years, with more to come in future.
