Wind turbine orders at German manufacturer Nordex were driven by business from Europe, but receded slightly in the first quarter of this year.
The OEM recorded an order intake of 229 turbines with a combined capacity of 1.17GW, compared to 1.25GW in the first quarter of 2021. The vast majority of orders – 91% - came from the Delta4000 series of turbines with a capacity of 4MW or more.
