German wind OEM Enercon has started to install the 844MW Maximus project in Northern Sweden as it is simultaneously trying to sell off part of it to co-investors.
Maximus so far is the only project of the second phase of the Markbygden wind complex in the province of Norrbotten that when ready will become Europe’s largest wind complex.
“We are ready to market the project,” said Enercon managing director Hans-Dieter Kettwig.
