Enercon opens 10MW energy storage plant in Germany

German wind turbine manufacturer Enercon and regional wind developer Energiequelle have inaugurated a 10MW energy storage plant at Feldheim in Germany's Brandenburg state that aims to stabilise the grid of transmission system operator (TSO) 50 Hertz.
