German OEM Enercon has installed a prototype of its new 4.2MW E-115 EP3 E3 turbine for strong winds.
The new machine, erected at a test site in Leuze, Belgium, completes Enercon’s new EP3 platform after the manufacturer previously introduced the E-126 EP3 and the E-138 EP3 for project sites with medium and low wind speeds. The E-115 will be available with power ratings between 2.99MW
