Enercon 'confident' of Supreme Court win in Gamesa patent battle

German wind OEM Enercon told Recharge it is “more than confident” of winning an appeal in Spain’s Supreme Court, despite its latest setback in a legal battle with Gamesa over turbine technology intellectual property (IP).
