Developer Enel Russia says it is starting legal action against Siemens Gamesa alleging the global turbine giant failed to fulfil its obligations over completion of a wind farm.
Enel Russia confirmed to Recharge that it is filing a lawsuit relating to its 201MW Kolskaya project and did not contradict reports that the action involves a claim for 22.9bn roubles ($381m).
