Siemens Gamesa has won a firm order for the 301MW Boujdour wind farm in the south of Morocco from a developer consortium made up of energy company Nareva and Enel Green Power (EGP).
Siemens Gamesa will supply, transport, install, commission and test 87 of its SG3.4-132 machines for the project, which was awarded along with other wind projects in a 850MW tender in the North African country in 2016.
