Eneco, Shell and Van Oord bid in Dutch tender, line up MHI Vestas

A consortium of Dutch developer Eneco, oil major Shell and installer Van Oord has made a bid in the tender to build two 350MW offshore arrays off the Dutch coast, with MHI Vestas as its preferred wind turbine supplier.
