Former Nordex chief executive Jürgen Zeschky next year will take on the role as new CEO at embattled German wind turbine manufacturer Enercon, said the company’s owner, the Aloys Wobben Foundation.
Zeschky will take over at Enercon on 1 January from Momme Janssen, who recently said he is leaving the company at his own request.
“In Dr Jürgen Zeschky we will gain a proficient industry expert with qualified technical expertise and many years of international management experience,” said Heiko Janssen, chairman of the board of the Aloys Wobben Foundation.
