The deal covers the Shiloh III wind farm, which enXco is developing and will build and operate in the Montezuma Hills Wind Resource Area of Solano County in northern California.
The company has three other projects in the area.
Pacific Gas & Electric, which is labouring toward a 33% by 2020 renewable energy standard, also purchased the output of the 150MW Shiloh II project.
