Neither company released terms of the deal, which was made public on Monday. It covers a five-year period.
E.ON will provide complete asset management, site supervision and balance of plant management.
The transaction involves the Route 66 and South Plains II projects in Texas, Palouse in Washington State and Oakfield in Maine. Novatus recently acquired the projects.
