Dutch see record low prices at Borssele 3&4 offshore tender

The Dutch government and wind industry executives expect prices at the 700MW Borssele 3&4 offshore wind tender that is closing today to fall even further than the then the record-low €72.70 ($81.6) per megawatt hour reached at the auction earlier this year for the adjacent Borssele 1&2 area.
