The US House of Representatives delivered a mild dose of holiday cheer to the wind industry with one more year of higher subsidy support, but solar and battery storage received no presents in a $1.4 trn spending package to fund the federal government through 30 September.
The Senate needs to pass the legislation and President Donald Trump must sign it by Friday to keep federal departments from shutting down.
