Dong opens Borkum Riffgrund 1, seeks policy answers

Dong Energy officially inaugurated its 312MW Borkum Riffgrund 1 project in the German North Sea, as the Danish offshore wind giant renewed calls for policy visibility in Europe's two biggest markets.
