“We will try and look at whether we can reduce the cost of the project,” Mary Doswell, senior vice president of retail and alternative energy solutions, told a recent American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) conference.
“We are definitely committed to going through with this process and coming up with a proposal at the end that we can take to the state Corporation Commission,” she says, which can approve cost-recovery of any “prudently incurred project expenses.”
