Dominion eyes Q1 2016 for offshore wind pilot cost revision

Dominion Resources expects to learn by the end of first quarter 2016 whether the savings it hopes to achieve from a second round of bidding will allow construction to proceed on a two-turbine, 12MW demonstration wind project in federal waters off the coast of Virginia, a spokesman tells Recharge.
