Deepwater puts ONE project into "high gear" for 2017 tender

Deepwater Wind has opened an office in New Bedford, Massachusetts, as it accelerates pre-development work on its ONE project that could supply up to 400MW capacity to the state should the developer win a competitive tender to be held in 2017.
