Deepwater nears debt financing deal for Block Island offshore pilot

Deepwater Wind expects to finalize negotiations shortly with commercial banks to raise debt financing for its planned 30MW Block Island pilot wind project in state waters off the coast of Rhode Island, chief executive Jeff Grybowski tells Recharge.
