DDT the focus as MHI walks away from SeaAngel

Japan’s Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) has stepped away from plans to take its SeaAngel 7MW offshore turbine to market, and will instead focus on supplying its ground-breaking digital-displacement hydraulic transmission (DDT) drive train technology to the MHI Vestas platform, it emerged today.
