Law firm Watson Farley & Williams, whose New York office helped advise CIP on its first transaction in the US, told Recharge the deal involving the 366MW Bearkat and 150MW Blue Cloud projects was finalized.
CIP did not detail terms of the transaction, which it completed on behalf of its Copenhagen Infrastructure II investment vehicle.
Bearkat is located in the South Plains region near Lubbock and Blue Cloud is southeast of Midland.
