Clean Line solicits 3.5GW capacity for Grain Belt Express

Clean Line Energy Partners has begun an open solicitation process to allocate all 3.5GW of capacity on its planned $2bn Grain Belt Express transmission project that will link wind farms in western Kansas to states east of the Mississippi River.
