US offshore energy regulator Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) announced it will begin the environmental review of Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP)’s uncontracted Vineyard Northeast project that looks set to be bid into ongoing New England procurement rounds.
