Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners’ (CIP) fund via its Copenhagen Infrastructure IV K/S (CI IV) fund will buy a 50% stake in Statkraft’s 2.2GW offshore wind portfolio in Ireland.
The deal includes the joint development of three phases of the North Irish Sea Array off Dublin and the Bore Array project in the Celtic Sea.
