Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) and local conglomerate SK E&S have taken a financial investment decision on the 99MW first phase of their Jeonnam wind project off South Korea, which they say will become the first commercial-scale wind farm at sea to go into operation next year.
SK E&S and CIP are also jointly developing Jeonnam 2 and 3, with a combined capacity of 800MW.
