Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) through its fund Copenhagen Infrastructure IV (CI IV) and China Steel Corporation (CSC) have signed a project financing agreement for their Zhong Neng joint-venture offshore wind project in Taiwan.
The two parties expect to reach a financial close shortly for the 298MW project that is located next to CIP’s 589MW Changfang and Xidao offshore wind farm that is already under construction.
