China's HZ Windpower eyes 80MW Missouri project

China’s Haizhuang Windpower (HZ) plans to build and finance a 40 turbine, 80MW wind project in the state of Missouri as early as 2016, as part of a broader effort to become an established player in the US market, Recharge learns.
