“In 2016 or 2017 after we finish our Iowa projects early next year,” says Yang Yang, who is managing the four community projects in the communities of Creston, Dyersville, Mason City and Perry.
“We are also looking at locating projects in California and New York State,” he said on the sidelines of the American Wind Energy Association Windpower 2015 event in Orlando, Florida.
