UK seabed landlord The Crown Estate today (Monday) increased the amount of capacity on offer for new floating wind farms in the country’s Offshore Wind Leasing Round 5, off the coast of Wales and the Southwest of England.
The new update for Celtic Sea rights outlines three project development areas (PDAs, see map at foot) that will increase the overall available capacity through Round 5 to a possible 4.5GW
