Capital Dynamics says that GE Energy Financial Services and Morgan Stanley will provide tax equity, with Morgan Stanley also supplying construction debt and letter of credit agreements for the project.
The companies did not disclose financial details of the transactions.
Briscoe Wind Farm will utilize 81 GE 1.85MW wind turbines with 87-meter rotors. Capital Dynamics has also contracted with GE for a 10-year full service agreement that includes operation and maintenance of the turbines.
