Cape Wind owner 'current' on DOI offshore lease payments

Cape Wind Associates LLC is current on its annual $88,278 rental fee payment to the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) for acreage leased south of Massachusetts, despite recent setbacks for the 468MW project, the agency says.
