Canadian renewables groups cheer plan for national carbon price

Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced he will ensure a carbon price is in place across the country by 2018, eliciting cheers from the renewables sector but determined opposition from some of the country’s more carbon-intensive provinces.
