The portfolio consists of the 50.4MW Cotton Plains and 151.2MW Old Settler wind facilities near the northern Panhandle region, and the 15.4 W (ac) Phantom solar farm now under construction at US Army Garrison Fort Hood in Killeen, central Texas.
In a January deal, the Defense Logistics Agency, on behalf of the Army, will purchase the power from Cotton Plains and Phantom Solar to supply Fort Hood.
