Canada's Brookfield buys 12% stake in SunEd yieldco TerraForm Power

Canada’s Brookfield Asset Management revealed that it has acquired a 12.3% stake in SunEdison yieldco TerraForm Power and has entered swap agreements that may double its stake, in a sign that the chill still gripping the yieldco space may be starting to thaw.
