Unnamed subsidiaries of Berkshire Hathaway Energy (BHE) and Citi are teaming to provide $219m in tax equity investment for the 119-turbine project in north Texas.
Affiliates of British Columbia-based Alterra Power and US infrastructure investor Starwood Energy Group, the project 50-50 owners, say they have finalized a $287m construction loan facility that includes a $212m construction loan plus $75m in letters of credit.
