Brazil will contract 2GW of wind in next auction, says Gannoum

The Brazilian Wind Power Association (ABEEólica) is against changing transmission guidelines for the 16 December reserve auction, but believes there will be enough demand to contract 2GW even though the government has barred a majority of projects due to grid bottlenecks.
