Brazil’s National Development Bank (BNDES) approved R$619m ($162m) to finance the 312.9MW Cutia and Bento Miguel wind complexes in the northeastern state of Rio Grande do Norte.
Both are owned by Copel GeT, a power company controlled by the government of the state of Paraná.
Cutia, which has 180.6MW,
