A clutch of big second quarter wins in Brazil and Europe left wind OEM Nordex running ahead of last year in first-half turbine orders.
The German manufacturer said it took firm orders for 1.53GW in the April-June period, well up on the 888MW it managed in the same period in 2020.
That cancelled out a weaker first quarter and left Nordex with a first-half 2021 order tally of 2.78GW,
