CPFL Renováveis now operates 1.8GW of installed generation capacity that includes wind, biomass, small hydro and one solar facility, much of which either came on line the past 12 months or through acquisitions. The plants are located throughout Brazil.
The new center monitors 494 wind turbines in operation.
