BOEM seeks to align interests for NJ offshore lease sale

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is moving ahead with a competitive wind lease sale off the coast of New Jersey, even though the state has failed since 2011 to enact a market mechanism to incentivize the sector as required by law.
