Vestas has won an order for the 212MW Assuruá 4 wind power project in the north-eastern Brazilian state of Bahia.
The manufacturer in the second half of next year is slated to supply developer Omega Energia with 47 of its V150-4.2 turbines in a 4.5MW operating mode. Commissioning is scheduled for the first quarter of 2023.
