Berlin mulls 900MW cap for onshore in Germany’s windy North

To avoid grid congestion, Germany’s government may limit the expansion of onshore wind to 902MW a year in the windiest regions of the country, according to a draft for a regulatory decree for the federal grid agency BNetzA seen by Recharge.
