Beothuk seeks permits for Atlantic Canada offshore wind projects

Newfoundland-based offshore wind developer Beothuk Energy has applied for federal government permits for future floating platform projects in Atlantic Canada, in addition to its C$400m ($303m), 180MW proposal in the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
