Bard hires Van Oord as EPC contractor at Dutch offshore project

Germany’s BARD has hired Rotterdam-based Van Oord as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor at its first offshore wind farm in Dutch waters, as it looks to mute criticism over the zone being awarded to a foreign developer.
