AWEA seeks wind PTC extension through other legislation

The head of the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) is confident that the expiring wind energy Production Tax Credit (PTC) will be extended through another legislative vehicle, despite being left out of a bill to prolong tax breaks moving through Congress this week.
