Avangrid aims high for new US wind capacity through 2020

Avangrid will complete construction on 744MW of US wind projects through 2017 and is looking at qualifying another 1.7GW for the full value of the federal production tax credit (PTC) in 2018-2020, company executives said Tuesday.
