Argentina 'to hold new wind and solar tender this year'

Argentina has reaffirmed plans for a new tender for utility-scale solar and wind projects to be held this year.

According to energy ministry officials in Buenos Aires, the government is still working on the tender and no details are yet available. But renewable energy chief Sebastián Kind said the process will happen this year when he addressed the WindEurope 2019 conference, officials from wind power bodies posted on social media networks.
